Fastbay, new update 6.6.5 is available

The Prestalia team release the new Fastbay 6.6.5 update. Let’s discover the main new features together.

New “Seller Performance” Section

The module now allows you to monitor the main metrics provided by eBay regarding the health of your account.
These metrics, available for the current month and projected for the following month, help keep track of your operations and the “Standard Level” defined by eBay.
A “Below Standard” level can result in additional fees and penalties on the account.
The information will automatically update and can be easily accessed in the new “Seller Performance” tab available in the Fastbay configuration screen.

General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a new key instrument in the EU’s legal framework for product safety, set to replace the current general product safety directive starting December 13, 2024.
The GPSR ensures the safety of all non-food consumer products available in EU markets and introduces obligations for businesses to ensure product safety.
This regulation applies to all sales channels and includes new rules to address the challenges of digitalization and online markets.
Key points include new product traceability requirements, specific obligations for economic operators, and improved safety recall enforcement.

In the new dedicated tab, Fastbay will allow you to configure the necessary GPSR data for eBay, enabling you to optionally send producer records and/or the addresses of responsible persons/entities through mapping for each producer.

For maximum flexibility, the responsible contact can be mapped globally or per producer, using a customized address or that of a site supplier.

During synchronization, the module will use this data and send it to eBay to comply with GPSR requirements.

Support for Prestashop 8.2

New optimizations have been applied to further improve module operation in line with the new requirements of Prestashop 8.2, along with various minor general updates.
